Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for items that have already been shipped.

Requests to return unopened and unused items may be considered. If approved, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Returned items must be received in their original, unopened condition and packaging. Any item that shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
